- Complete a 1.6-kilometer race within 6.5 minutes.
- Long Jump: Jump a distance of 3.65 meters within 3 attempts.
- High Jump: Clear a height of 1.2 meters within 3 attempts.
- Shot Put (16 lbs): Throw the shot put a distance of 4.5 meters within 3 attempts.
For Female Candidates:
- Run 100 meters in 18 seconds.
- Complete an 800-meter race within 4 minutes.
- Long Jump: Jump a distance of 2.7 meters within 3 attempts.
