Eligibility Criteria for BPSC TRE 3.0

Education

PositionRequired Educational Qualification
Primary Teacher (Class 1-5)Candidates must have completed their 12th standard and possess a D.Ed/ B.Ed/ B.El.Ed degree. Additionally, they should have passed CTET/ BTET Paper-1.
Middle School Teacher (Class 6-8)Applicants should be graduates and hold a B.Ed/ B.El.Ed degree. They should also have passed CTET/ BTET Paper-2.
Secondary Teacher (Class 9-10)Candidates must have a graduate degree along with a B.Ed./ B.El.Ed. They should also have passed STET Paper-2.
Higher Secondary Teacher (Class 11-12)Candidates should have a postgraduate degree and a B.Ed./ B.El.ED. They should also have passed STET Paper-2.

Age Limit

The minimum age requirement is 18 years. The maximum age limit is 37 years.

Upper Age Relaxation: The maximum age limit can be extended by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for candidates belonging to the PWD category.

The application fee for General/OBC/Other State is ₹750/-, for SC/ST/PH it’s ₹200/-, and for Female Candidates (Bihar Domicile) it’s ₹200/-.
